Our Purpose
The Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club was born from a community effort in 1958 to start a patrol for the Coolangatta Beach strip, with its first patrol launching in 1959. From humble beginnings, the club has grown to become a cornerstone of the Coolangatta community, a history captured in our collection of historic photos.
